ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም የሰው ኃይል አቅሙን ለመገንባት ባለመ መልኩ ከአዲስ አበባ ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት ጋር በጣምራ የሚያኪያሂደውን የቴሌኮም ኢንጅነሪንግ የድህረ ምረቃ ትምህርትን ከሚከታተሉ የኩባንያው ሠራተኛ ተማሪዎች ውስጥ ለምርቃት የሚያበቁ መስፈርቶችን ላሟሉ 37 ተማሪዎች የእውቅና ስነስርአት ቅዳም ህዳር 22, 2011ዓ.ም በካፒታል ሆቴል ተኪያሂዷል።
